Ganga Ponnu is the founder and sole creator of RandomTyms, a Chennai-based educaional media project and the original designer of Lokesh and Varsha, two animated Tamil sibling characters. A former TCS employee, she now builds an independent, curriculum-aligned learning ecosystem from a single smartphone — no studio, no team, no budget.
She has independently created 180+ educational videos and shorts, covering science, English grammar, digital safety, and Tamil culture, told through Lokesh and Varsha's sibling dynamic.
Ganga's work in child digital safety was recognized at the national level: she received the ISEA National Competition 2025, State Level Second Prize in the Cartoon Storyboard category, awarded by India's Information Security Education and Awareness program under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). (Note: the public ISEA winners announcement lists the name Ganga Naresh.)
Beyond content creation, she is building a comprehensive learning ecosystem through original intellectual property, educational resources, community platforms, and character-driven experiences that support India's vision for future-ready education. RandomTyms is also an approved Tenor Content Partner.
