🛡️ Lesson 3: The Digital Lock (Passwords & Security)
The Core Lesson: Today, Krishna teaches Lokesh and Varsha why our digital homes need the strongest locks, and how to create a password that no one can guess.
- Lokesh: "Krishna, why do we even need passwords? Can't we just leave our accounts open for friends?"
- Krishna: "Just as you wouldn't leave your front door wide open for thieves, Lokesh, a password is the protective lock on your digital home. Only those you truly trust should hold the key."
- Varsha: "What makes a password truly strong? Is my name and birth year enough?"
- Krishna: "A lock that is easily guessed provides no safety, Varsha. A strong key combines uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols—like a complex riddle only you know the answer to."
- Lokesh: "Is it okay if I use the same password for all my games and school apps? It's so much easier to remember!"
- Krishna: "If a thief finds the master key that opens every door in your house, everything is lost. Use different locks for different doors to keep your treasures secure."
- Varsha: "How often should we change our passwords? Do they expire?"
- Krishna: "Like replacing a worn-out shield, changing your passwords every few months ensures that even if someone caught a glimpse of it, your defenses remain strong and renewed."
- Lokesh: "What if I write my password down on a sticky note so I don't forget it?"
- Krishna: "A secret written in the open is no longer a secret, little one. Keep your keys stored safely in your mind, or in a secure password manager guided by your parents."
